Train/Road Chicago--Bloomington, Indiana

Bloomington, Indiana, does not have passenger train service. Anyone wishing to travel to or from Chicago by train must travel part-way by connecting road service. The cost of the connecting road services is included in the fare.
 

At Your Door will drop you off or pick you up anywhere in Bloomington. Ask for details about this convenient service available on most schedules. 

 

Some bus reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to departure, some train reservations must be made at least 4 days prior to departure, and some schedules can be sold out anytime.

 

G--Time shown is for Greyhound terminal.  Greyhound charges $18.00 for a gift fee when credit-cardholder is not the passenger.
Four daily single-connection train/shuttle schedules provide transportation between Chicago IL and Bloomington, Indiana. The later morning service, as well as an afternoon departure in each direction, between Bloomington, Indiana, and Chicago features trains offering both Coach and Business Class seating with a snack bar and café.  Amtrak also contracts for space on certain Greyhound schedules.  Bus times are in red.  Train times are in bold.
